A: $349.99. Cost does not vary based on the level of personalization.

Q: How many initials can I get?
A: Up to 6 on the Royal and Flush, Up to 8 on the Flush and Straight

Q: Where is the customized putter built and personalized?
A: Never Compromise Studio within the Cleveland Golf / Srixon headquarters in Huntington Beach, CA

Q: Is logo stamping offered?
A: No. At this time we offer paint-fill and character engravings only where specified.

Q: Are alternate finishes available?
A: Currently there are no alternate finishes available.

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Because these Putters are being built specifically for you, we only accept returns with manufacturing defects.

Q: Can I track my order once it's in transit?
A: Yes. A tracking # will be sent to you once it leaves our warehouse.

Q: What if my putter is lost or damaged while in transit?
A: The putter is covered by insurance and will be replaced if lost or damaged in transit.

Q: How much is shipping?
A: All custom putter ship with a flat rate of $24.99 through FedEx Ground home delivery. Adult signature is required. Putters are insured for full value.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At the moment we only ship to U.S. addresses only. We hope to offer shipping to international customers soon.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Orders are processed, built, and shipped within 2-3 weeks. Please additional time for transit.
